Shinagawa Station Takanawa Exit Project

We were in possession of the lease rights attached to an old building as well as five lots in the area around Shinagawa Station, which is expected to see large-scale development. We promoted such development in the area together with a major developer. All have been sold.

98 Orchard St. Project

2020.01.01

Maintained a single-apartment building (storefront + residence) in the Lower East Side area of New York City’s Manhattan district.

 

Retain for long term

Hiro-o Project

2019.09.26

Acquired a commercial building located 4 minutes walk from Hiro-o Station for the anticipated stable operation of stores and offices. Next, repair work and renovation of the spaces for rent will be performed. Intend to retain for the long term.

Shinkiba Project

2019.09.25

Established a finance arrangement for a logistics site measuring approximately 3,305 m2 and located in Shinkiba 2-Chōme, Koto Ward.

Kita-Sandō Project

2019.03.01

We were in possession of an old designer building located 3 minutes walk from Kita-Sandō Station, an area that is experiencing tremendous growth. It had the potential for increased capacity by being rebuilt. After doing the renovation and modifying the tenants, we succeeded in increasing the value of the land and building then sold it.

Mishuku Project

2018.08.31

Acquired a multi-use building with offices and storefronts in the Mishuku area, which is located between Sangenjaya and Yūtenji. We are conducting a designer renovation of the rooms for lease when changing tenants, and large-scale repairs (on the entrance, exterior walls, electrical system, etc.) are planned for this year. Currently retaining over the medium and long term.
