Invested ¥2.8 billion as a silent partner into a project to acquire a company in possession of a closed-down hotel located in Shinjuku 3-Chōme and sell it as real estate. The senior loan was secured from a major financial institution. After setting up the rights for a beneficiary trust, the property was sold to a major developer.

Together with a major foreign financial institution, we invested in some agricultural land prior to its designation as a site for provisional replotting under the land readjustment project being conducted on the north side of Misato. We then sold it after negotiating for its conversion from farmland to that used for other purposes. The project totaled about ¥5 billion.
Established a finance arrangement for a logistics site measuring approximately 3,305 m2 and located in Shinkiba 2-Chōme, Koto Ward.

Acquired an SPC that was in possession of an office building with a considerably low book value, located 1 minute walk from Gaienmae Station. The land and building were then sold to a major construction company. Established a finance arrangement for equity investments and deposits.
