The senior loan was secured from a major financial institution. After setting up the rights for a beneficiary trust, the property was sold to a major developer.

Misato Project

Together with a major foreign financial institution, we invested in some agricultural land prior to its designation as a site for provisional replotting under the land readjustment project being conducted on the north side of Misato. We then sold it after negotiating for its conversion from farmland to that used for other purposes. The project totaled about ¥5 billion.
