Minami-Aoyama Project

A property and building located 4 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line/Ginza Line Omotesando station in Minami-Aoyama 3-Chōme, Minato-Ward, Tokyo, were acquired. Raised ¥700 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Hiro-o Project

2023.10.30

A building acquired in September 2019, 4 minutes walk from Hiro-o station. After increasing the real estate value through renovation and rent negotiations, it was sold.

Shimbashi Project

In March 2020, the rights adjustment of the tenants of the property and building located 4 minutes walk from Shimbashi station was carried out and sold. Also, in March 2021, the property located 5 minutes walk from the same station was sold.

Ofuna Project

A property and building located 11 minutes walk from JR Ofuna station in Dai 1-Chōme, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture, were acquired. Raised ¥1.2 billion million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

A property and building located 9 minutes walk from Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line Sangenjaya station in Kamiuma 1-Chōme, Setagaya-Ward, Tokyo, were acquired.

A condominium unit on the beachside in Honolulu, Oahu Island, Hawaii, was acquired.

Jingūmae Project

A property and building located in Jingu-mae 3-Chōme, Shibuya-Ward, Tokyo, 6 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Chiyoda Line Meiji-Jingumae station, 10 minutes walk from Tokyo Metro Ginza Line Omotesando station, and 10 minutes walk from JR Yamanote Line Harajuku station, along the former Shibuya River promenade (Cat Street), were acquired.

Uguisudani-cho Project

A property and building located 6 minutes walk from Shibuya Station in Uguisudani-cho, Shibuya-Ward, Tokyo, were acquired.

Dōgenzaka Project

Sold the building with lease rights that we purchased in September 2022 (located in Dōgenzaka 2-Chōme, 1 minute walk from Shibuya Station).

Motomachi-Chūkagai Project

In Yamashitacho, Naka Ward, Yokohama City, a property and building located 5 minutes walk from the Minatomirai Line Motomachi-Chūkagai station were acquired. Raised ¥1 billion with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Shirokanedai Project

2023.04.24

Acquired a parcel of land with one building located in the Shirokanedai area of Tokyo’s Minato Ward, 1 minute walk from Shirokanedai Station and Tokyo Metro’s Namboku Line as well as Toei Subway’s Mita Line.

Suehirochō Project

Modified the rights of the tenants in the property on the land we acquired in July 2022 (located 3 minutes walk from Suehirochō Station) then sold it to a developer.

Akebonobashi Project

2023.03.20

Modified the rights of tenants and other unit owners in the condominium on the land that we acquired in May 2022 (located 3 minutes walk from Akebonobashi Station). Once ownership was established, we sold it as a foundation for development.

Sendagaya Project

2023.03.17

Acquired a development site in the Sendagaya 5-Chōme area of Tokyo’s Shibuya Ward, 2 minutes walk from Yoyogi Station and the JR Yamanote Line as well as 4 minutes walk from Shinjuku-Sanchōme Station and the Tokyo Metro Fukutoshin Line. Raised ¥560 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Kita-Aoyama Project

2023.01.30

Acquired a development site (approximately 99 square meters) in the Kita-Aoyama 2-Chōme area of Tokyo’s Minato Ward, 2 minutes walk from Gaienmae Station and the Tokyo Metro’s Ginza Line. Raised ¥217 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Shinjuku redevelopment Project

2022.12.06

Invested ¥2.8 billion as a silent partner into a project to acquire a company in possession of a closed-down hotel located in Shinjuku 3-Chōme and sell it as real estate. The senior loan was secured from a major financial institution. After setting up the rights for a beneficiary trust, the property was sold to a major developer.

Nihombashi-Tomizawacho Project

Improved the occupancy rate of a relatively new building located in the Nihombashi-Tomizawacho area of Chūō Ward then sold it.

Gora Project

2022.10.17

Sold a development site we acquired in February 2021 in the famous resort area of Gora in Hakonemachi.

Shimbashi Project

2022.10.14

Raised funds for a parcel of land and building (4 minutes walk from Shimbashi Station) as well as a separate parcel of land (5 minutes walk from the same station) in the Shinbashi 4-Chōme area of Tokyo’s Minato Ward. Raised a total of ¥1.245 billion with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Akihabara Project

2022.07.04

Acquired land (149 m2) and a building (354 m2 total floor area) in the Sotokanda 4-Chōme area of Chiyoda Ward, located a 6 minute walk from Akihabara Station and the JR Yamanote Line and 3 minutes walk from Suehirochō Station and the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. Raised ¥297 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Akasaka 2-Chōme Project

2022.06.30

Acquired an old storefront/office building in Akasaka 2-Chōme, located 3 minutes walk from Akasaka Station and Tameike-Sannō Station.

Ginza 8-Chōme Project

2022.06.17

Acquired 50 units (out of 142 total units) in the Nakagin Capsule Tower Building, which is known around the globe for being architect Kishō Kurokawa’s representative work but was slated to be sold as a site for redevelopment. All units were sold on June 17, 2022.

Redevelopment in front of Toranomon Station project

2022.06.17

Acquired land and a building (192 m2 and 486 m2, respectively) in front of Toranomon Station (within the boundaries of the Toranomon 1-Chōme East District Type-1 Urban Redevelopment Project). Raised ¥842.2 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service. The self-governing certificate was established on June 16, 2022.

Yoyogi-koen Project

Obtained ownership and leasing rights for a parcel of land in Shibuya Ward as well as partial ownership of a building that was developed as a single entity.

Inamuragazki Project

Purchased a land lot (approx. 1,069 m2) overlooking the water of the Shōnan region along National Route 134 in the Inamuragasaki area of Kanagawa Prefecture’s Kamakura City for the development of second-home residences. Raised ¥500 million with COZUCHI, a real-estate crowdfunding service.

Sangenjaya Project

2022.03.30

Acquired a vacant tenant building located 13 minutes walk from Sangenjaya Station. We plan to give it a full high-end renovation then sell it as a mixed-use lease and residential building. The project is scheduled to be completed in 2023.

 

Misato Project

2022.03.01

Together with a major foreign financial institution, we invested in some agricultural land prior to its designation as a site for provisional replotting under the land readjustment project being conducted on the north side of Misato. We then sold it after negotiating for its conversion from farmland to that used for other purposes. The project totaled about ¥5 billion.

Roppongi Project

2021.12.01

Modified the joint-ownership rights attached to an old building as a development site along the highly demanding Roppongi Avenue.

Sagamihara Project

2021.11.11

Purchased the proposed site for receiving the dirt excavated during tunnel construction in the Linear development project, obtained approval from Sagamihara City and Kanagawa Prefecture, then began receiving dirt in November 2021. The plan is to generate revenue over the medium and long term as the Linear development project progresses. Retained over the medium and long term.

Sapporo Project

After acquiring two rental apartments located in Sapporo City’s Chūō Ward in a real-estate M&A, we modified their tenants and sold the units.

Hachōbori Project

2021.04.28

Sorted out the complicated rights attached to a vacant house located 7 minutes walk from Hachōbori, cleared the lot, and sold it as a development site.

Hotel Canata Kyoto Project

2020.04.01

Acquired a rare parcel of land directly across from the Higashi Ote-mon entrance of Nijō Castle (the former imperial palace that is now registered as a World Heritage Site), developed a hotel on it, and retained the property.

 

Opened Hotel Canata Kyoto, a contemporary-styled hotel with 16 rooms overlooking Nijō Castle and the city of Kyoto, on April 25, 2019.

Shinagawa Station Takanawa Exit Project

2020.03.01

We were in possession of the lease rights attached to an old building as well as five lots in the area around Shinagawa Station, which is expected to see large-scale development. We promoted such development in the area together with a major developer. All have been sold.

98 Orchard St. Project

2020.01.01

Maintained a single-apartment building (storefront + residence) in the Lower East Side area of New York City’s Manhattan district.

 

Retain for long term

Hiro-o Project

2019.09.26

Acquired a commercial building located 4 minutes walk from Hiro-o Station for the anticipated stable operation of stores and offices. Next, repair work and renovation of the spaces for rent will be performed. Intend to retain for the long term.

Shinkiba Project

2019.09.25

Established a finance arrangement for a logistics site measuring approximately 3,305 m2 and located in Shinkiba 2-Chōme, Koto Ward.

Kita-Sandō Project

2019.03.01

We were in possession of an old designer building located 3 minutes walk from Kita-Sandō Station, an area that is experiencing tremendous growth. It had the potential for increased capacity by being rebuilt. After doing the renovation and modifying the tenants, we succeeded in increasing the value of the land and building then sold it.

Mishuku Project

2018.08.31

Acquired a multi-use building with offices and storefronts in the Mishuku area, which is located between Sangenjaya and Yūtenji. We are conducting a designer renovation of the rooms for lease when changing tenants, and large-scale repairs (on the entrance, exterior walls, electrical system, etc.) are planned for this year. Currently retaining over the medium and long term.

Akasaka Project

2018.06.21

We acquired an illegally constructed building in Akasaka 7-Chōme. After modifying the tenants, we eliminated the legal infractions by disassembling the offending sections, thus ensuring the building’s legality. Having succeeded in increasing the value of the land and building, we then sold the property.

Ginza 6-Chōme Project

2017.10.01

Established a finance arrangement for an old building located in Ginza 6-Chōme. After sorting out the rights, the property was sold to a major real-estate developer.

Higashishimbashi Project

2016.05.01

Acquired an SPC that was in possession of land and buildings, then designed a scheme and invested equity. After sorting out the rights and modifying the tenants, the property was then sold.

Gaienmae Project

2015.08.31

Acquired an SPC that was in possession of an office building with a considerably low book value, located 1 minute walk from Gaienmae Station. The land and building were then sold to a major construction company. Established a finance arrangement for equity investments and deposits.

PHNOM PENH Project

2015.05.01

Equity investment in a project to develop a high-rise condominium in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.

ALA MOANA Project

Equity investment in a project to develop Park Lane Ala Moana, a condominium in the Ala Moana district of Honolulu, Hawaii (sellable area: 40,157 m2).
